In young age of 13 yrs our Chef Started as a home cook by helping his mother , learned all the home cooking skills from roots. Soon realized that this is what I want to pursue in life as a career.
Started my Bsc Degree in hotel management from Chitkara college where I professionally learned culinary skills and it was such a electrifying experience which helped me through out my journey.
In 2010 came to Toronto canada to pursue my studies in culinary at George brown college, where I got international experience of hospitality industry.
After graduating I started my first job as a line cook in downtown Toronto and then I worked in more than 25 restaurants, in some of them I worked as a opening staff from creating menus to hiring staff which was a great experience and helped a lot to grow myself as a team leader and chef. After working in downtown Toronto, downtown edmonton, downtown Calgary and downtown Vancouver in big name restaurants, I realized that I need to create traditional and fusion flavours from my experience which will give foodies exposure to satisfying and addictive flavours.
So from there my journey as a owner of Chatora started.
